The Management Education Alliance is dedicated to helping business schools that serve African-American and Hispanic-American students to provide the skills and knowledge that will lead to successful careers in management. Through a partnership of selected business schools and U.S. business corporations, the MEA fosters the professional growth of faculty members, innovations in curriculum, and the development of supporting institutional policies. Central to the concept of the Alliance is to provide benefits for all its members.
